Appointment Booking

Appointments are confirmed only after successful booking through the application. Appointment availability depends on the doctor's schedule.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Patients may reschedule or cancel appointments according to the clinic's appointment policy.

Medical Advice

This application is intended only for appointment scheduling and clinic-related services. It does not provide emergency medical services or replace professional medical consultation.

Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information during registration and appointment booking.

Arrival Time

Patients are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

Delays

Consultation times may vary depending on emergencies or ongoing medical procedures. We appreciate your patience.

User Conduct

Users shall not:

• Misuse the application.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Disrupt the application's functionality.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and application materials belong to CALS – Dr. Chetan's Advanced Laparoscopy & Surgical Gastroenterology and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The clinic is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, internet connectivity, or unforeseen circumstances.
